University members can access the Nikkei Asia news portal free of charge

The University of Tartu Library recently acquired access to the Japanese news portal Nikkei Asia (formerly Nikkei Asian Review), which is now available free of charge to all university members.

Nikkei Asia is an English-language news and analysis portal covering the Asian economy, business, politics, technology, and international relations. In addition to news, the portal also features expert commentary. It is a highly regarded source of information about Asian countries and is particularly valuable for obtaining objective information about developments in China. Nikkei Asia also provides valuable insight into trends and developments in Japan itself.

A link to the Nikkei Asia news portal has been added under e-publications (e-books, e-journals) on the library’s website.
