Survey: How satisfied are you with the University of Tartu Library services?

On 21.03-21.04.2016, The University of Tartu Library participates in an international user satisfaction survey.  

Quality of library services is measured using the LibQUAL+ method developed by the American Association of Research Libraries. A number of libraries from Europe and the USA participate in the survey, the Estonian participants include the University of Tartu Library, the Tallinn University of Technology Library and the National Library. 

Evaluation of service quality helps to adapt the library services and environment to the users’ needs. The international survey will also allow to compare the library service quality with other research libraries in Europe and in the world.
