Conference centre

The Conference centre of the University of Tartu Library can be used for holding conferences, meetings and seminars

The Conference centre is supplied with multimedia equipment, and we also provide technical support. In addition to the hall, our conference centre has seminar rooms of different sizes. All of them have good opportunities for presentations, video conferences and meetings can be organized.

A separate lobby is furnished with sofas and low tables for organizing coffee breaks and other catering. We cooperate with various catering companies.

On weekends, the use of the conference centre can be arranged by special agreement.

Visitors of the conference centre are asked to leave their outerwear in the self-service lockers located in the lobby (coin lockers).

The closest parking area to the University of Tartu Library is at Vanemuise Street 15. Also, cars can be parked on the streets around the building. Please find more information about the parking areas and prices here.
