Book binding and repairing

The bindery of the Department of Preservation and Conservation offers legal entities the possibility to bind and repair modern books, newspapers, and journals. If you wish to have books bound or repaired, please arrange an appointment with our staff member and, upon arrival, use the library entrance on Akadeemia Street (staff entrance). Services are not provided to private persons.

Mass-deacidification treatment is suitable for neutralizing printed acidic paper. The price of the service is calculated based on the weight of the objects (price per kilo).

About the Department of Preservation and Conservation

The UT Department of Preservation and Conservation aims to ensure the physical good conditions of printed materials held at the UT Library and to guarantee the preservation of historical and cultural heritage.
