Library organizes welcome tours to students

To give a better overview of the library and its services, UT Library offers guided tours to students from Monday to Friday this week. The first year students as well as those who have already started their studies earlier are welcome to participate.

“Mini-tours are a good chance to get to know our library,” said Olga Einasto, the head of the Service Department of UT Library. “The tour will last approximately 30 minutes and during this we visit the reading rooms as well as give an overview of different services. And after that our guides are ready to answer all the questions.” According to Einasto, if necessary, the library will be ready to offer tours also in the next weeks.

The tours in Estonian will take place 5-9 September tat 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., in English at 3 p.m. and in Russian at 4 p.m. Pre-registration is not required. Tour guides will wait for the students at the information desk in the first floor lobby.
