UT Library Organizes Welcome Tours for Students

To give you a better overview of the library and its services, we offer guided tours from Monday to Friday in the first two weeks of September. The first year students as well as those who have already started their studies earlier are welcome to participate.

“For years our building has been more or less a second home for many students,” said Olga Einasto, the head of the Service Department of UT Library. “As a result of the renovation works last year, the choice of opportunities has increased and we would like to introduce them to our students. We hope that many students will take part in the tours.”

The tours in English and Russian will start at 10 and 16 and tours in Finnish at 16. Pre-registration is not required. Tour guides will wait for the students at the information desk in the first floor lobby.
