MIT Open Press open access e-books and e-journals. Use the Free and Open Access content only filter in https://www.mitpressjournals.org/search/advanced search to find OA articles. 

The MLA Directory of Periodicals, produced by the Modern Language Association of America, contains information for the journals and series available in the MLA International Bibliography database. The Directory covers journal articles on language, literature, folklore, and pedagogy.

The MLA International Bibliography is a database to search the content matter of scholarly journal articles, book chapters, journals, and books on literature, folklore, and language.

The database includes thesaurus used to assign descriptors to each record in the bibliography.

Museums Public Portal is the online gateway to Estonian museums, allowing everybody to study the collections of the museums that have joined the system.

The SAO/NASA Astrophysics Data System (ADS) is a digital library portal for researchers in astronomy and physics, operated by the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory (SAO) under a NASA grant.

The ADS maintains three bibliographic databases containing more than 13 million records covering publications in Astronomy and Astrophysics, Physics, and the arXiv e-prints. Abstracts and full-text of major astronomy and physics publications are indexed and searchable through the new ADS “Bumblebee” modern search form as well as the traditional classic search form. A browsable paper form is also available.

NPG is a publisher of high-impact scientific and medical information. NPG publishes journals across the life, physical, chemical and applied sciences and clinical medicine. Nature (founded in 1869) is the leading weekly international scientific journal.

Naxos Music Library [NML] is the world's largest online classical music library. Currently, it offers streaming access to more than 196,012 CDs with more than 2,998,737 tracks of both standard and rare repertoire. Over 600 new titles are being added to the library each month.

Naxos Music Library Jazz is one of the most comprehensive collections of Jazz music available online. It offers over 252,000 tracks from more than 25,500 record-length albums. Over 43,000 jazz artists are represented.

Naxos Spoken Word Library contains audiobooks in English, French and German.

The Naxos Video Library is a performing arts video library with over 3000 operas, ballets, documentaries, live concerts, and musical tours of historic places. The database can be used by up to five users simultaneously.

O'Reilly Digital Library provides access to over 45000 technology, creative and business books and videos from leading publishers.

OAIster is a union catalogue of millions of records representing open-access resources built by harvesting from open-access collections worldwide using the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH). Today, OAIster includes over 50 million records representing digital resources from more than 2000 contributors.

OECD iLibrary is the online library of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), featuring books, papers, and statistics. This is a free version, so you can read the materials online but cannot download them.

Open access e-books on humanities and social sciences from Open Book Publishers. 

A database of open-access textbooks from various fields. These books have been reviewed by faculty from various colleges and universities to assess their quality. These books can be downloaded for no cost, or printed at low cost. All textbooks are either used at multiple higher education institutions; or affiliated with an institution, scholarly society, or professional organization.

E-journals and conference papers of Optica. Optica Publishing Group's portfolio offers the largest collection of peer-reviewed optics and photonics content.

Oxford Academic provides access to a comprehensive collection of scholarly e-journals and e-books from Oxford University Press, covering a wide range of disciplines. Select "Journals" or "Books" from the top menu, depending on which type of material you are interested in. To view all the books accessible within the University of Tartu network, select "All content I have access to" under availability.

Full texts of articles are available from 1996.

The Oxford English Dictionary is a comprehensive historical dictionary that aims to document the English language in all its varieties from the eleventh century to the present day. OED entries describe the origin, meaning, and history of each word by analyzing evidence of usage from the earliest known to the most recent.

Oxford University Press Premium reference portal Oxford Reference Online connects more than 100 reference works in different fields of science. Dictionaries (The Concise Oxford Dictionary, The Oxford American Dictionary of Current English, etc.), subject dictionaries (Concise Medical Dictionary, The Concise Oxford Dictionary of Mathematics, etc.), biographic lexicons (Who's Who in the Twentieth Century, Dictionary of Political Biography, etc.).
