Night Library will last for four weeks

Traditional Night Library will start next Monday and this time it will be open for four weeks. Until 12 June, from Monday to Friday the students can study until midnight, on weekends 12-18.

„We are organising Night Library together with the UT Student Union and it was their request to be open more than just two weeks," told the Head of UT Libary Service Department Olga Einasto. "We are ready to try. I personally believe that as spring is the time when students prepare for the final exams and write theses, they really need to use the library more than usually." 

Therapy dogs have become almost the symbols of Night Library and Einasto promised that they will be visiting the library this spring as well - on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. During the evening hours, the Student Union takes care of gym-breaks, as well as little snacks. As the coffee machine is already a couple of months in the lobby of the library, one can enjoy a hot drink anytime.  

Night Library will be open from 16 May untl 12 June, only on 5 June it is closed due to the public holiday.
