Library asks to replace the eesti.ee mail addresses in contact data

The State Information System Authority (RIA) will close the private email addresses (firstname.lastname@eesti.ee) created for email correspondence from November 1st. In connection with this, the library kindly requests readers who have used an email address ending with eesti.ee as their contact to replace it in MyESTER with the email address, which will be used in the future.

We also want to remind you that as of September 5th, the online.ee email service became a paid service, and as a result, there is now a monthly fee for email addresses with the endings @online.ee, @hot.ee, @suhtlus.ee, @neti.ee, @estpak.ee, @solo.ee, @estnet.ee, and @vnet.ee. If you have decided to close your email address due to the paid service, please make sure to update the email address indicated in My ESTER as well.

If your contact details in ESTER are not correct, information about loan due dates may not reach you, and delays may occur.

You can change your email address in My ESTER or contact the library (laenutus@ut.ee or 7375702).
