MathSciNet is an electronic publication offering access to a carefully maintained and easily searchable database of reviews, abstracts and bibliographic information for much of the mathematical sciences literature since 1940.

A conservation and access project for historical printed materials related to cinema, broadcasting and recorded sound.

 

MEDLINE provides authoritative medical information on medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system, pre-clinical sciences, and much more. Created by the National Library of Medicine, MEDLINE uses MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) indexing. Time coverage: generally 1946 to the present, with some older material. Accessible on EBSCO platform.

MIT Open Press open access e-books and e-journals. By using the Free and Open Access content only filter in https://www.mitpressjournals.org/search/advanced search, many OA articles can also be found. 

The MLA Directory of Periodicals, produced by the Modern Language Association of America, contains information for the journals and series that are available in the MLA International Bibliography database. The Directory covers journals articles on language, literature, folklore, and pedagogy.

The MLA International Bibliography  is a database to search content matter of scholarly journal articles, book chapters, journals, and books on literature, folklore, and language.
The database includes thesaurus used to assign descriptors to each record in the bibliography.
