From 25 February, the University of Tartu Library will use a new system for booking the group work rooms on the second floor of the library.

The system features a new design and improved security. It is easy to book the rooms from the library’s website via the TAAT authentication service for educational and research institutions. UT staff and students can log in to the system with their UT username. They can use the rooms free of charge.

Those who cannot authenticate via TAAT must pay to use the rooms. To book the rooms, they should contact one of the library’s service desks, the information desk or the head of the conference centre.

The library has 14 group work rooms of different sizes for groups of 4–15 members. The group must include at least four people to make a booking. Rooms can be booked for up to three hours.
