On Sunday, 04 February, starting from 1.30 p.m., UT Library will host the indoor orienteering competition.
The starting point of the competition will be set up in the lobby of the main entrance and the checkpoints are located all over the three floors of the library’s public area – in reading rooms, open stacks and other public spaces and lobbies. The preparation will start at 12 p.m., the start will be given at 1.30 p.m. The competition will last 1-1,5 hours.
The competition in the second part of the orienteering event - the first one took place in Jaan Poska Gymnasium and the last two will take place in Hugo Treffner Gymnasium and Ahhaa centre. The competition is in 9 age groups: M/F18, M/F21, M/F45, M/F 60 and FREE. The track should be covered within 30 minutes. The organizers are expecting about 150 participants.
