The exhibition features drawings created by the artist in the 1990s, depicting the artist’s friends and acquaintances.
Also on display are oil paintings likely dating from the late 1950s and early 1960s. These were discovered by Rammo-Saare’s descendants in her studio after her death.
Astrid Rammo-Saare was born in Tartu and graduated from the Tartu State Art Institute in 1955. She worked as a teacher at the Tartu Art School from 1956 to 2001 and was a member of the Estonian Artists’ Association.
